LETS GO WHALE WATCHING

We saw blue whales!!! All Day Farallon Islands Natural History Excursion ( Capt Joe Nazar)

A great day! The naturalist walked around the boat, presenting information on what we were seeing and answering questions. When we spotted the whales, the captain made every effort to stay near them as they swam, so that we could see them several times. One of our party got quite seasick for the first time ever--we'll know next time to take Dramamine before going out in the rough waters between SF and the Farallons. All in all though, a wonderful day with lots of wildlife spottings--birds, jellies, marine mammals. Anyone interested in sea life should enjoy this!
